WHY GUIDEME
57% of people drop out of therapy.
Not because therapy doesn't work, but because the process feels unclear or the match doesn't feel right.
The problem with how therapy often begins.
Many people start therapy with hope but leave early because they feel unsupported or unsure about the process.
Unclear treatment
Without a clear sense of direction or goals, therapy can feel confusing and hard to stay committed to.
Poor therapist–client matching
When the connection doesn't feel right, it becomes harder to open up or continue, often leading people to leave therapy early.
Feeling lost in their journey
Many people aren't sure what progress looks like or what comes next, leaving them unsure about how therapy is helping.
Lack of long-term support
Without guidance or resources between sessions, it's easy to feel unsupported once therapy begins.

Meet the Founder.
GuideMe was founded by Vico, a practicing psychotherapist who has been on both sides of the mental health system. Vico has experienced first-hand the gaps that can make therapy harder.
Through years of working with clients and observing the mental health system, Vico saw that people often gave up on therapy not because it didn't help, but because they felt confused, unsupported, or unsure if they were with the right person.
In her 30 years, over 20 million people receive no mental health support each year. After evaluating their situation via surveys, for Vico, this wasn't just a statistic – it was a call to action.
That's why she created GuideMe in 2024, a platform designed to remove the guesswork from therapy and help people begin with clarity, with strong support, and with confidence. GuideMe isn't just a service—it's her mission to help people find the right therapist from the very beginning.
